Refund Policy

1. Overview
CreatoHub wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for subscriptions and credit purchases.
All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method.
2. Subscription Refunds
14-day refund window: If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 10% of your monthly credit allocation.
After 14 days: Refunds are not available for the current billing period after the 14-day window has passed. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Renewal charges: Refunds for automatic renewal charges are available within 14 days of the renewal date if no credits from the new billing cycle have been used.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal (accessible from your account settings).
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You keep all remaining subscription credits until the billing period ends
- Your top-up credits are never affected by cancellation — they remain in your account indefinitely
- You will not be charged for future billing periods
- You retain access to all free tools
4. Top-Up Credit Refunds
Unused credits: Top-up credit packs are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the purchased credits have been consumed.
Partially used credits: Once any credits from a top-up pack have been consumed, that purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
5. Free Signup Credits
The 10 free credits provided upon signup are complimentary and non-refundable, as no payment was made.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@creatohub.app with your account email and the reason for your request
- Include your transaction or order ID (found in your Dodo Payments receipt email)
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Dodo Payments and returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider:
- Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other methods: varies by provider
Once a refund is processed, the corresponding credits will be removed from your account.
8. Service Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using credits you have purchased (e.g., persistent generation failures, service outages), please contact us. We will either resolve the issue, restore your credits, or issue a refund as appropriate.
9. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks incur significant fees and may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. The most current version will always be available on this page.
