Terms of Service

By accessing or using CreatoHub ("creatohub.app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

CreatoHub provides free productivity tools and premium AI-powered creative tools. Free tools are available without an account. Premium AI tools require user registration and credits.

AI tools include, but are not limited to: image generation, image editing, video generation, text-to-speech, music generation, and virtual try-on. These tools are powered by third-party AI models and third-party AI and data providers.

To access premium features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or email/password authentication (powered by Firebase Authentication). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use premium features.

CreatoHub uses a credit-based billing system:

• Subscription credits: Granted monthly with your subscription plan. These reset at each billing cycle and do not roll over. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period.
• Top-up credits: Purchased as one-time packs. Top-up credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Deduction order: Subscription credits are consumed first, then top-up credits.

Each AI tool consumes a specific number of credits per generation. Credit costs are displayed on the pricing page and within each tool.

New users receive 10 free credits upon signup. These are added as top-up credits and remain valid for 12 months from signup.

Credits are non-refundable once spent. If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, credits will be restored. Otherwise, deducted credits are non-refundable.

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments Inc., which acts as Merchant of Record and is responsible for handling VAT, GST, and sales tax globally. Dodo Payments handles all payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and compliance.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through the subscription management portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features and your remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.

Prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes depending on your location. Dodo Payments will display the final price including any taxes before you confirm your purchase.

You own the content you generate using CreatoHub's AI tools. You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following:

• Underlying third-party AI and data providers have their own terms that apply to the output they produce. CreatoHub is not liable for model output, hallucinations, or generated content infringement.
• AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions.
• Similar content may be generated for other users using the same or similar prompts.
• We do not guarantee that generated content is free from similarities to existing copyrighted works.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

You agree not to use CreatoHub to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or misleading impersonations of real individuals
• Generate content that exploits or harms minors in any way
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying AI models
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service at scale without permission
• Circumvent credit requirements or manipulate the billing system

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

The CreatoHub platform, including its design, code, branding, and free tools, is owned by CreatoHub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform itself.

Content you upload (such as reference images) remains your property. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI tools for the purpose of delivering the service.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or tool at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect paid features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatoHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to CreatoHub in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease. Generated content stored in your gallery may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
