CreatoHub ("we", "us", "our") operates the website creatohub.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

By using CreatoHub, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

Account information: When you create an account via Google Sign-In or email registration, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo (if provided). This is handled through Firebase Authentication.

Usage data: We track which tools you use, the number of credits consumed, and generation history (prompts and settings). This helps us improve the service and provide your usage history.

Generated content metadata: We store metadata about content you generate (timestamps, tool used, credit cost). The generated files (images, audio, video) are stored in Google Cloud Storage linked to your account.

Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Dodo Payments (our Merchant of Record). We do not collect or store your credit card numbers, bank details, or other financial information. Dodo Payments may share your email, transaction IDs, and subscription status with us for the purpose of credit allocation.

Automatically collected data: We may collect standard web analytics data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and referring pages to improve our service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the CreatoHub service
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Track and manage your credit balance and usage
• Process payments and allocate credits (via Dodo Payments webhooks)
• Store and display your generated content in your gallery
• Send service-related communications (billing confirmations, important updates)
• Improve and optimize our tools and user experience
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your generated content to train AI models.

We use the following third-party services to operate CreatoHub. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Firebase / Google Cloud: Authentication, Firestore database, and Cloud Storage for user data and generated content. Firebase Privacy
• Google Vertex AI: AI model inference for creative tools (image, video, audio generation). Prompts and inputs are sent to Google's API for processing. Vertex AI Data Governance

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firestore and Cloud Storage) in the us-central1 region. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption.

We implement appropriate security measures including HTTPS enforcement, Firebase Authentication token validation, and access-controlled Cloud Storage buckets. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CreatoHub uses minimal cookies and browser storage:

• Firebase Authentication: Stores session tokens in local storage / IndexedDB to maintain your login state.
• Dodo Payments: May set cookies for checkout session management and fraud prevention.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data. Generated content will be removed from Cloud Storage.
• Data export: Request an export of your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@creatohub.app. We will respond within 30 days.

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and generated content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or financial compliance (e.g., payment transaction records).

Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely for service improvement purposes.

CreatoHub is not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your data may be processed and stored in the United States (Google Cloud us-central1 region) and other jurisdictions where our third-party providers operate. By using CreatoHub, you consent to the transfer of your data to these jurisdictions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised.
